TGX Printer installs as a virtual printer on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Print from any application and the document goes straight out, no PDF export, no upload.

TruegateX LLC operates a document delivery platform. You send faxes, letters, SMS, and RCS messages, or deliver documents as a protected link, from the apps for iOS, Android, web, and desktop, through the virtual TGX Printer, or automated via REST API.
How do I send a fax without a fax machine?
Upload your document in the app or browser, enter the recipient number, send. Alternatively, print through TGX Printer from any application or send via the REST API. For every transmission you receive a qualified delivery report with the original document attached. Text-to-fax and faxing photographed documents via camera scan are also supported.
Can I also receive faxes with TruegateX?
Yes. You order your own fax number or port your existing one. Incoming faxes arrive as PDFs in your inbox and are forwarded to your email address on request.
What is an RCS Secure Document?
Your document is not sent openly but delivered as a protected link in an RCS message. The recipient verifies via their phone number; only then can they open the document. You see delivery and read status for every message. The same principle is available via SMS (Fax2Phone) and email (Secure Email).
How does bulk sending (mailing) work?
You upload a template and a CSV recipient list. Placeholders such as name or address are filled per recipient from the CSV columns, so every delivery is personalized. Bulk faxes go to up to 100,000 recipients, bulk letters to up to 500. Sending can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance.
Can I send physical letters?
Yes. You upload a PDF; TruegateX prints, envelopes, stamps, and hands the letter to the postal service. Delivery is to addresses in Germany, in color or black and white, optionally as registered mail (drop-in, personal handover, or with return receipt).
Is there an API for automated sending?
Yes. Through the B2B REST API you send fax, SMS, letter, and email directly from your software. The API works with live and test keys, idempotency keys against duplicate sending, and HMAC-signed webhooks for status updates. An OpenAPI specification with documentation is available.
What does sending cost?
You start for free with one free fax page per day. After that you either pay per delivery from your credit (pay per use, no base fee) or choose a subscription plan with included pages per month. Current prices are shown in the customer center plan shop.
Is sending GDPR compliant?
Yes. All transmissions are TLS encrypted and processing follows the GDPR. With secure delivery, documents are released only after the recipient has been verified. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with business customers on request.
